What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery — item must be unused and in original packaging.
We don’t offer refunds unless your item arrived damaged.

⚠️ We do not cover returns for buyer errors like wrong size or address.
Are any purchases final sale?
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items or limited edition releases (once they’re gone, they’re gone)
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Used mugs (ew, no thanks)
When will I get my order?
Processing Time: 2–5 biz days
Shipping Time: 3–7 biz days (U.S. only)
Tracking: Sent via email — check spam if it ghosts you
Wrong Address: Double-check before checkout — we can’t reroute once it ships

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally.
There are mugs we create in-house and mugs we've sourced from other talented groups.
In both cases, we carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high-quality and worth adding to your favorite collection of mugs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
