Once you place your order, we kick things into gear faster than a toddler spills juice. Most mugs are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

🚚 Shipping Time
After production, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days — depending on your location and how hard your mail carrier is vibing that day.

You'll get a tracking number the moment your order ships.

We currently ship within the U.S. only — but international sass is coming soon.

⏳ Delays & Delivery Drama
We’d love to hand-deliver every mug, but life has other plans. If your order hasn’t shown up in a reasonable amount of time (10 business days or so - Holiday shipping delays aside), email us at heather@rbfmugs.com and we’ll sort it out.

Please double-check your shipping info before checking out. Packages can’t be rerouted once they’re out in the wild, and we don’t cover replacements due to address errors.
