☕ Return Policy (aka The Fine Print)

We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. While our mugs are made to order and packed with personality, we do offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

💡 Need a Return?

Shoot us an email at heather@rbfmugs.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions to send it back to the Mug Cave.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • In the same condition you got ‘em — no lipstick stains or mysterious scratches

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation works great)

📦 Heads up: Any returns sent without reaching out first will be turned away like a bad ex. Just email us first, promise it’s painless.


🔍 Damaged, Wrong, or Defective?

If your mug arrives looking like it went through a bar fight, or we somehow sent you the wrong attitude, email us right away with a photo so we can make it right.


🚫 What Can’t Be Returned:

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items or limited edition releases (once they’re gone, they’re gone)

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Used mugs (ew, no thanks)


🔁 Exchanges

Want something else? The fastest way is to start a return for your original order, and place a new one separately once it’s accepted.


💸 Refunds

We don’t offer refunds unless your item is damaged or defective upon arrival. We require photos to verify the issue before issuing a refund.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds (when approved) are processed back to your original payment method
